Beat Your Summer Blues with Safe Indoor Fun

Summer is the hottest season of the year. It is during this season where around the summer solstice, the days become longer and the nights feel shorter [x]. It’s also the time where people genuinely take a break from their bustling schedules and take their much-needed summer break, whether it’s going to the beach or setting up picnics.

Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s summer plans may come to a screeching halt, but that doesn’t mean you can’t have fun. Here are some activities you may want to consider while you’re on break:

1. Get Fit

Work on your body goals and rock that outfit you’ve had in your closet for months. Other than obtaining your #bodygoals, another added perk to regularly working out is that you feel better and become more confident in your body. After all, it has been proven that exercise helps get rid of harmful toxins by sweating [x]. So get your workout gear ready!

2. Be Creative

There’s no better time to unleash your inner artist or writer. Whether you’re an artist, writer, or a photographer, consider taking this time to harness your craft and make something. For instance you can draw surroundings, work on that story you’ve been meaning to get published at Typewriter Pub (wink), or take your camera and capture the beauty of nature. Get those creative juices flowing!

3. Read A Good Book
